How can I calculate the shipping cost for my packages?
We provide a convenient shipping cost calculator on our website. Enter the package dimensions, and our system will calculate the shipping cost for you.
How can I use the tracking feature on your website?
To utilise our tracking feature, log in to your account and navigate to the Orders section. There, you’ll find information about the parcels we’ve received and details about the next shipment cut-off dates. It’s a helpful tool for managing your shipments efficiently.
What is a CBM
CBM stands for “Cubic Meter,” and it is a unit of measurement used in the context of volume, particularly in shipping and freight. The cubic meter is the standard unit for measuring the volume of three-dimensional space.
To calculate CBM, you typically measure the length, width, and height of an object or a package in meters and then multiply these three dimensions together. The formula for calculating CBM is:
CBM = Length × Width × Height
For example, if you have a rectangular box with dimensions:
- Length: 2 meters
- Width: 1.5 meters
- Height: 0.8 meters
The CBM would be calculated as:
CBM = 2 m × 1.5 m × 0.8 m = 2.4 cubic meters
How does the weight limit work for my packages?
Our weight limit is based on a ratio of 1 cubic meter (CBM) to 400 kilograms (kg). For instance, if your package measures 0.20 CBM, the assigned weight limit would be 80 kg (0.20 CBM x 400 kg/CBM). Packages exceeding this allocated weight limit are considered overweight, and a separate pricing structure will be applied for these items. This ensures fair and efficient handling of parcels, adhering to international shipping standards.
How long can I store my package in the China Warehouse?
Due to the space restriction at our china warehouse unfortunately we are required to empty the warehouse at every loading therefore we won’t be able to store it until the next loading.
The status of my package indicates "Delivered to the warehouse," but I cannot see it in my account. Where could my package be?
Our warehouse receives a high volume of packages each day. Depending on the time of year, it may take up to 2 business days for a package to reflect in your account after arriving at the warehouse. In the event your package doesn’t appear within this time frame, it’s common for packages to be mistakenly delivered to the wrong address due to human error on the part of the delivery personnel.
If you suspect this has occurred, please reach out to our team with your tracking number and any additional information to assist in our investigation.
How does the shipping pricing work?
Our shipping cost are subject to variation and may fluctuate over time. Please don’t hesitate to contact us directly for the most current shipping rates. Additionally, for estimating shipping expenses, we recommend utilizing our shipping cost calculator for accurate calculations.
What if my shipment is less than 1 cbm?
If your total cubic meter (cbm) falls below 1cm, that’s perfectly fine. We have a minimum charge of $5.00 for shipments with a total cbm below 0.03cbm.
How does the minimum charge apply?
For shipments with a total cbm below 0.03, a fixed rate of $5.00 will apply. This ensures that even for smaller shipments, you have a cost-effective minimum charge.
What if my packages are small or tiny?
Small or tiny packages are accommodated by packing them into a box. The minimum cbm rule applies to the total cbm of your entire shipment.
How is the total cbm calculated?
The total cbm is calculated by accumulating the individual cbm of each item in your shipment. If the total cbm reaches 0.03 or more, the charge is calculated as total cbm multiplied by $160.
How are overweight items priced for shipping?
Overweight items are priced at $200 per cubic meter (cbm). If an item exceeds the standard weight limit, the charge is calculated based on the total cbm of the overweight shipment multiplied by $200.

- Unlicensed pharmaceutical and medical equipment.
- Radioactive materials, including nuclear and chemical waste.
- Biological materials, including viruses, bacteria, and other disease-causing agents
- Items that may pose a threat to national security, including military equipment and technology.
How do I complete the custom declaration?
Custom Declaration can be done by sending us a copy or screenshot of the receipt/invoice of your purchases. These documentation will need to include:
- Tracking number
- Photos of the product
- Name of the product
- Price
On your Orders page, you will find the custom declaration status listed under each tracking number, indicating whether the declaration has been received and processed by our team. If you have already submitted the declaration and notice that the status remains undeclared, please reach out to our team for prompt assistance.
In case you do not declare your purchase, we are unable to ship your packages to you. Your Customs Declaration is not only used for international clearance processing, but it’s also the amount used for insurance purposes.
What is the custom tax and duties for my items?
The custom tax and duties for each item are subject to variation based on the specific nature of the product. Charges will be levied in accordance with the Brunei Darussalam Tariff and Trade Classification, ensuring that the assessment aligns with the regulatory framework governing imports.
What is the estimated time of arrival (ETA)?
The estimated time of arrival (ETA) for our shipments is usually 2-3 weeks from the announced cut-off dates.
Does the shipping cost cover delivery to my doorstep?
No, our shipping cost covers transportation from our China warehouse to our Brunei warehouse, and it is on a self-collection basis.
Do you offer door-to-door delivery, and what is the additional charge?
Yes, we offer door-to-door delivery for an additional charge. The delivery service has a fixed rate nationwide. For local delivery charges, please contact our team for more information.
